What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies. The only information it handles is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email, optionally a phone number, and your message.

How contact messages are handled

When you press "Send message", your message is delivered to Megha Kant's email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the submission in order to send it. The form also uses hCaptcha to block spam. Your message is not used for marketing, not added to any mailing list, and not shared with anyone else.

Website privacy vs. clinical confidentiality

This policy covers the website only. The confidentiality of therapy sessions is a separate, stronger professional obligation, and Megha explains exactly how it works — including its rare legal limits — in your first session, before you share anything.

Your choices

You can ask what information Megha holds from your enquiry, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@example.com. If you'd rather not use the form at all, you can email directly instead.
